Yes, each piece of glass is handmade and each is unique. While the style is the same, your piece may vary slightly from the photograph we have posted on our online store.

All of our products are made of glass and are naturally breakable. However, our pieces are annealed, cooled slowly in ovens, after they are made and are durable to ship when appropriately wrapped.

Most of our items are shipped within 1 or 2 weeks from the time of ordering. In our busy season leading up to the holidays, items may take up to 1 month to ship due to high demand.

We send our items by USPS. If you would like to have your order shipped differently, please contact us directly by phone or email.

Yes, we are able to create custom pieces of glass. These items cost more as they take longer to create. Feel free to contact us directly if you have additional questions.

Yes, we can often repair glass items we made, but do not repair pieces made by other artists. Please contact us if you have additional questions.

You are welcome to return any item and receive a credit redeemable for for future in-store or online purchase.
